Treasure  Mabunda holds a BSc Honours degree. Prior to joining 3Sixty Life, he was an Executive at Bophelo Insurance Group for 2 years, he worked at AVBOB for over a year as the Head of Risk. He was at Munich Re as the Head of Risk for 7 years. He was in Compliance and Legal and for 3 years as an Actuarial Consultant at Deloitte. He has over 13 years of experience in long term and short-term insurance industry.

Mahlubi’s career started as internal auditor for the Tongaat-Hulett Group at its Head Office in Tongaat. He has worked for both African Merchant Bank (“AMB”) and Deutsche Bank. Mahlubi holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma in Accountancy from the University of Natal, Durban. He served his accounting traineeship contract with Deloitte and Touché in the Durban Office. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998.

Neo Bodibe is the Managing Director of RB Africa, a niche consultancy firm that focuses on the promotion of people and performance centred strategic solutions for businesses and organisations. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge from both the public and private sectors, where she has worked in the strategy, research, policy and regulation space.

Neo has previously held senior positions at The Presidency and the Competition Commission. Most recently she was based at NUMSA, tasked with providing strategic support to the General Secretary on economic and labour policy matters; as well as leading industry negotiations in the auto, tyre and motor sectors. As a result, she has built strong relationships with industry leaders and organised labour across various sectors, specifically in the broader automotive industry. She has also produced a number of publications relating to the South African Economy.
