Khandani’s career achievements prior to joining Numsa Investment Company includes leading a team to build a factory for Bromor Foods in Durban, preventing the closure of Pretoria Manufacturing in ABI through productivity and quality improvements. More importantly Khandani was in the team that brought Energade to market, revolutionising the sports drink market.
He is currently the chairmen of all subsidiaries under 3Sixty Global Solutions Group, including Doves Group, 3Sixty Life, 3Sixty Health, and Numsa Financial Services amongst others.

Leo is from South African Reserve Bank where he spent three years driving c-suite level stakeholder engagements for the Governors of the Reserve Bank. This includes his secondment to the Financial Markets Departments where he gained exposure and experience in a core area of the Bank. A 13 year of public and private sector ranging from economic development to various projects.
